The customer service rep sent me to this location because the original pickup location opened later than my reservation time. The customer service rep downsized my rental to a box with no ramp. I originally ordered a 15ft & was downgraded to the 10ft. Stanley was very helpful & made it right though, I got what I needed & was home in time to meet the movers. The appliance dolly was not provided even though I paid for it. Those funds need to be credited.
