TERRIE LVery tight driveway, they didn't offer to disconnect trailer
KEVIN GWhere do I start… first, if the reservation includes purchased items like furniture pads - make sure that the items are in or with the rental - I ordered 2 dozen with my reservation and got none and the location was closed at time of pickup. Second, you hold the rental amount on the credit card at pickup, then you charge the full final amount on top of what you held instead of just refunding the difference from what you authorized at pickup. Third, the vehicle was pretty dirty and beat up.. on the plus side it did have stickers that indicated prior damage, but its condition did not instill confidence.
