I reserved a dolly with the truck several days in advance and was told they had no dolly’s at my time of pickup. So my move took way longer than expected.

DEBRA KI was a 1/2 hour late to pick up my U-Haul truck when they rented it from underneath me. This was reserved for reason. I was not happy and I had to move on Mother's Day which meant I had to call in also to work. It's bad business. I will not rent another U-Haul from this company. It was not made right. This was handled very poorly. I was very dissatisfied.
