The locations are fine, The problem I have with UHAUL was we had never rented a truck before and had gone to 3 locations. The first location said they could not book the truck because we wanted to do a one way and all their trucks had to be returned to the same location. The next day we went to another local location who said he did not have a truck but could book us one if we wanted to pick up the truck at another location. At both locations we were told different things as well at the first location we were told that we could rent a truck one way and get 150 miles included in the cost for X amount and not to rent for two way because it would be too expensive. At the second location we were told to do the one way due to cost but we could only get 45 miles included in the cost. At the final location where we picked up the truck we were told that it would have been less expensive to bring it back to the same location because we would have to pay for someone else to bring it back to them and that milage was not included we had to pay for the rental and by the mile. We needed the truck but had we not have been in a tight place I would have canceled the entire thing by this point. I am sure the company its self is great but this was just a terrible experience with not one helpful person who could have just taken some time to fully break down the cost. I asked for a cost breakdown at every location but no one had anything they could just hand me. I will most likely never return.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEasy before hours pick up
Donna SWorst experience. Check-in was very long and asked a lot of personal information. Also took a photo of our license (not just the usual upload to the system). Our reservation was also messed up and ended up causing a lot more stress and frustration than needed. Would recommend going to Sweeten Creek instead.
