Worst experience. Check-in was very long and asked a lot of personal information. Also took a photo of our license (not just the usual upload to the system). Our reservation was also messed up and ended up causing a lot more stress and frustration than needed. Would recommend going to Sweeten Creek instead.

Robert MI didn’t agree with the gas charge. I had to go a distance to pick up and drop off. But, all is well. I’ll pay and move on. When you pay a price for a service, there really should not be add ons to nickel and dime people.
