I didn’t agree with the gas charge. I had to go a distance to pick up and drop off. But, all is well. I’ll pay and move on. When you pay a price for a service, there really should not be add ons to nickel and dime people.

Harrison SThe drop off location charged me $0.44, “44 cents “ because the mileage was 4 tenths of a mile over yet you rent this vehicle to me with 3/8 a tank of fuel and I return it with a heavy 7/8 full and I get charged 44 cents for less than a half mile over. I think next time I need to rent I will use a competitor and believe me I will tell many people about my moving experience and how ridiculous U Haul is about charging 44 cents for less than a half mile. Also I rented from you twice for this move and was not charged the first time and ran the exact same route. This charge will cost you more than 44 cents guaranteed.
