It was quite frustrating that the equipment was not available at the site I initially requested and was not notified ahead of time, especially since it was a 24/7 mobile pick-up.

The check in process on your phone is ridiculous! The process took 20 minutes and the “verifying” phone call is a joke! I will never rent from this place again. The lady that was there when I got there was rude and non helpful!!!
Brian LCompletely different attitudes for this location that the pickup location. Accommodating and polite. Almost as if they appreciated us giving them money to use their stuff. Funny how that works.

David LI have used UHaul many times over the past few years. This was by far my best experience, and that had everything to do with the location I rented from. The owner of this location displayed a level of professionalism and kindness that should set the standard for all others. I will definitely be going back to this same location next time!
