PETE AThe dolly that I ordered was not in the truck. The men inside were less than happy to help when asked. Nobody had an answer other than a shoulder shrug. The inside of the truck was covered in crumbs and hadn’t been wiped down in a while. I just used the online pickup and return options. The guys didn’t even know where the keys to the truck I rented were located. My pick up location originally was somewhere else, but I was told my order had been left unanswered and someone missed it, so I had to go out of my way to this location. If it’s not one thing, it’s another with U-Haul.
