DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! The truck had sticky black debris on about 20% of the floor. There was a water leak, dripping from ceiling and covering 50% of the floor. Had to use blankets to clean and dry before loading. My rental was for 2 days. I returned the truck at 27 hours and requested a refund for the second day. They agreed to only charge for one day. When I got the email receipt there was no discount for early return and water damaged truck. They charged the full amount. I have pictures to document the return at 10:45 am but the receipt shows they checked the truck back at 7 pm. Not going to use this location or U-haul in the future.

Ali MTerrible instructions on how drop off worked. Had to come back to leave paper work after dropping off the paperwork day prior and when I called the number they said just drop it off and go.
