The windshield was dirty inside and out when picked up. The person checking out the vehicle spent a lot of time cleaning the outside of the windshield to the best of his ability, but the vehicle had been parked under trees that dripped a sticky substance, requiring me to wash the windshield with soap. The inside of the windshield also needed to be cleaned before safely driving it in the glaring morning sunshine

EDREES EThe owners of the shop were not professional. My pick up time was at 4:30, and I showed up 10 minutes early and was not assisted until 5pm. Additionally, the owner was applying extra charges onto my reservation such as: helpers and etc, and did not ask if I needed them or not, instead just added it into the total cost. And the owner could not explain the additional $100 charge that was being used as a deposit and just said “that’s the way how the system is set up”. I would not recommend this location.
