Christine ELocation is a large uhaul franchise and storage place. It seems to be run by a husband and wife team. They seem to be over their heads and like they need to hire another employee. My reservation was for 9am, when they opened, I arrived at 905 and the door was locked. The man was kind of snotty like me being there bothered him. I told him I was here to pick up a trailer. He proceeds to tell me drive to the back corner of the building and I'll meet you there. He shows me where the trailers are way in the back. Instead of helping me, he points to it out of his truck window and says "come back around to the office when youre done". Im about done and he shows back up. We get back up front, go in their small office that is cluttered and disorganized. I have to wait because the wife, that was running late, is busy helping a truck rental customer. They get done with her and instead of helping me the wife is sitting talking on her cellphone for about 5mins, to the point the husband had to go tell her this guy is waiting for you. She was kind enough, but very disorganized. Her desk was just a mound of papers that she couldn't find anything, including the rental agreement portfolio that was right in front. She then went outside and went over the equipment with me. Overall the customer service was mediocre at best. Presentation, organization, and service is paramount when youre representing an international brand people trust.
Race SSame thing with this place the lady there told me there’s nothing they can do to reverse or remove them. I had to contact Madison where I originally rented it from where the original contract was through that was a lie then I was charged for a cleaning fee when the truck was clean, swept, wipe down and I’m still waiting for pictures that she said she would send me so no I wouldn’t recommend any of these places right now
