This is not the fault of Du Frane Mini storage where I picked up my vehicle, this is the fault of Uhaul's broken system. If you use the truckshare 24/7 phone check in feature to pick up your truck, they don't tell you that there is a 15 minute window to pick up your vehicle OR THEY CANCEL the entire order. This was not disclosed to me in any way, so I had to schedule a new truck for the next morning so that I could actually move like I had planned that day. Ridiculous system. It seems to me like a system where the entire advertising platform is "Do this on your own time, on your schedule, from your phone" should be a little more accommodating than 15 minutes with no warning. UHaul needs to fix this ridiculous system.

we specifically stated we would be dropping the truck off on velp in greenbay the next day i find out that she put down a whole different address. so we had to go back the next day and pick it up and take it somewhere else or be charged more time for having it.

I secured a uhaul online for a 17' truck. I got there and they only had a 15' that was due back 4 hours later so I reserved that one. I went to pick it up and was told all they had was a 10'.

Hate Du Frane Storage Mini Storage company. Nothing is done right. Still upset over my bill and was overcharged. I expressed my concerns and UHAUL does not care about the customers stating facts. The owner just screwed me over. Done

We've rented with Uhaul in the past and have been able to check in and go through the process on our phone. This time around I chose that same option but, on arrival was not able to check in because a truck was not assigned to us. There seemed to be a lot of confusion on the part of the lady that helped us check out our truck. We had extended our contract to a two-day rental and included insurance during the online reservation. After the reservation was set up our account details showed a two-day rental online and on the uhaul app. After we had checked in and got our truck our contract was changed to a one-day rental, which I didn't notice until we got a call the next day from the Uhaul location that was expecting the truck to be returned. Overall it turned out fine, just added extra stress to an already stressful moving time.

The truck was impossible to control. Please do some maintenance so people can drive it without bouncing into other lanes of traffic. Also, the gas cap was on so tight, neither I nor my daughter could loosen it. We will be charged an exhorbitant amount for topping off the gas, but I don’t see this as our fault as we were unable to get the gas cap off.

The location tried to charge us for gas after we put more in then we used. When we picked up the truck we told them we did not need a dolly. The woman said well we will just leave it in the truck since it's there. And even after we said we did not need it she charged us any way. Would be nice to actually be charged correctly.

What a night and day difference from the nightmare I had at 243 Ohio St, Oshkosh, WI 54902!? The U-Haul professionals in Fond du Lac were everything you would hope for and more in regards to service, friendliness, and overall caring for a business to succeed. I will not hesitate to go back again or recommend it to anyone in the area or in the Oshkosh area, as even if it might seem like a bit of a drive it beats being treated like common trash. 9 out of 10 dilly dilly’s!!

Your mileage costs for friday and saturday are way too high and takes advantage of personal predicaments. Shame on you for that. Most people dont have off of work during the week.
