Need more customer service reps. Very disorganized and overwhelmed. Equipment was great to use. Rental service gal was nice and friendly but obviously overworked.
Dean LIncredible slow. It took at least 30-45 to do my paperwork alone, ridiculous. They had little or no room for people to stand. They had plexiglass along the whole desk area. Couldn't hear/understand what they were saying. Half the time they were talking to themselves.
