The truck was good and the process was fine. My issue was that the day before my rental my reservation was changed to a different location. I had wanted to pick up at a counter. Since no one was there I also did not receive the equipment dolly I had ordered. What was the point of making a reservation a week in advance if the location can just be changed at the last minute.

Very happy with this location. They went out of their way to find the trailer I needed in time for when I needed it. :-) Have rented from this location before, and have always been happy with their customer service.
GEORGE APricing... I've never gotten out of I-jaul horror lead than $100 even though the trucks say $19.99. It's misleading. Is rather it say $99.99 and then get the discount. Feels less fishy.
