The man that helped us was very nice, but the auto transport was completely put on wrong and was told that by our original drop off location. I have a Camaro, which is a low profile car and there was no boards put on prior to pulling up the car so then it made it extremely difficult and almost impossible to get the car off once I got to Billings it tore up the entire bottom half of my car to get it off . Also, I was informed once I finally made a call and we were on the road that the tire straps do sometimes come off due to road conditions. My entire trip was only supposed to be about seven hours from fort Collins to Billings and it took us 10 because of one how slow I was going to because of how many stops we had to make due to the straps continuously falling off.. on top of that the instructions on how to put the straps back on and how you make them loose and everything was completely not given to us, and we also looked on YouTube to do all that as well and it still was not working. Those pieces for the car tire straps were completely worn down and would get stuck and we could not get them off again. The rental drop off location had a very hard time as well and said that this was not something that should’ve been rented out to us. So overall, the equipment was bad and I will never be using an auto transport due to this situation.
