On May 2, 2026, at approximately 8:00 am, I had an interaction with an employee on shift that I found to be unprofessional. At the time, I was unsure where to locate the keys, and once they were found, I needed clarification on how to remove the key from the lock. When I approached the employee for assistance, she responded with a dismissive and inappropriate remark, asking why I was looking at my phone and stating that I could not open the lock with it. I clarified that I was using my phone to retrieve the access code, not to open the lock itself. Despite this, her tone remained disrespectful, and she continued to display a negative attitude, including making additional remarks and walking away during the interaction. Additionally, the employee was using her personal cell phone for a conversation while on duty, which further contributed to the unprofessional environment. I also observed that equipment in the cargo area was not properly organized and appeared to have been thrown in rather than placed in its designated location. This experience was frustrating and did not reflect the level of professionalism expected in the workplace.

HUGH JDon’t know who is responsible for maintaining the vehicle, but the one I rented was not maintain. Brakes pedal went to the ground before stopping . Used a half tank of gas when I rented the week before & a bigger truck. I went through a full tank gas that’s how poorly the truck ran.
