NO Jack Available to Load trailers was told to load trailer myself Workers are No help they tell you that your responsible for picking up a 300 hundred pound trailer tongue by yourself a a L-4 L-5 Back Fusion surgery but I'm not used to U-Hauls policy in loading and Unloading because the same thing happened when i returned my rental later ..amazing experience

The cab of the truck was dirty and the air conditioning did not work. Made for a bad moving experience.

The air conditioning did not work in this truck. The transmission struggled to move the truck when empty and even more so when full with a load. There was no dolly on the truck and there were no moving tarps/blankets in the hanging bag. Interior was really dirty and the back of the truck had debris, screws, nails and marbles rolling around. The staff at the rental facility were friendly and very helpful.

We were incorrectly charged on check in but are assured it will get fixed. Location is clean and professional and staff are terrific. The van we rented was brand new so we were very pleased. We would definitely rent from here again.

The gas was not where it should have been when we got it. It was at half a tank when we were told there would be more than that and the uhaul was supposed to come with a dolly and we did not have one. My husband called the call center and they advised that they have a 15 footer and when we went to the location, they did not have one so we had to rent the 26 footer instead. It was a very inconvenient experience.
