The App to check out the truck is very frustrating. Takes too long to get your code to get the key box open. App didn’t allow me to take pics of the truck while picking up the truck.

I reserved my truck for pick up at 10:00 but was not able to get the keys until 2:30 due to server issues and lengthy wait time to speak to an agent. Very frustrating, specially on moving day.
Diego CI should not be charged for the extra miles, because the original drop off location (EZ PZ) was not able to take truck. And I was told that I had to take another location. And if you do that to everyone, that's not fair.
MATTHEW BOriginal location wasn't set up for remote check in and nobody was in office. Agent on the phone was able to switch location about 1 mile away and set up for the remote check in. Process was "interesting". Wasn't sure why I needed to provide contacts and phone #'s of other people to call. It seems Uhaul wants to have the customer do ALL the work with no employee interaction.
John GAll in all pretty good. The lady there that I spoke with on the phone was a bit salty. I called because I was running a little late (less than an hour) coming from across the state. I told her that I'd be there shortly but had missed my scheduled noon pickup. She told me that the uhaul guy leaves at 1:00 pm so I needed to get there before that. I walked in at 12:40, and she proceeded to tell me that if I was more than 5 minutes later than my scheduled time, she could have just cancelled the rental. Not exactly the pleasant hello I was hoping for. However, the gentleman that checked me in and got my truck situated, was extremely helpful and professional. He saved the day.
