Ratcheting was very hard I had to use some spray line to free them up. I always have to use spray on everything I rent.

JAMES WYet again, location was not open during hours listed. Absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't show anyone all the issues with the truck or lodge a complaint at the time. Then your app didn't work for the self return. Unbelievably frustrating.
