How U-Haul Reviews WorkI ordered a utility dolly and it was not provided. Instead I was given an appliance dolly which was not useful to what I needed to move. The staff at the location were also rude when I inquired about the dolly.
Jason BWhat i dont like is it was dropped off to the wrong location and we got charged $374. That is flat out wrong. We will not be using uhaul again. That makes me very mad! I will be filing a complaint!
