Robert RThe app would not let us get the code for pickup. We only ended up here because our reservation got bumped THREE TIMES, and caused us over an hour and a half delay in our move. I was promised the morning of the move that the third location had the truck on site that morning, and when we got there to pick it up, she rented it to someone else. Overall experience has been a nightmare, not at the fault of the final pickup location of the truck.
