Self return option was not clear. Instructions said to use the dropbox however there was no dropbox on site but locked boxes. Wasted over an hour trying to get a hold of someone from Uhaul for instructions and clarification on key return. Uhaul needs to update the instructions for returns to this location

24 hour pick up was key.
Scott HI cannot rate the location beyond the space itself because I dropped the truck off a bit past 5pm on a Saturday, so no one was around and the business was closed. The location is clean (gravel surface) and lit (minimal lighting, but enough in the winter early evening dark), with enough space to take the necessary pictures and park the truck safely. The only problem was that location doesn't have the orange drop box to return the key, so I was standing in the cold while I called U-Haul to ask what I should do. The representative was extremely helpful (another woman!) and looked everything up and suggested I put the key in the mail slot in the office door, which I did. She made note of that on my order and said I could leave. That was the only glitch during my rental time and it was remedied very quickly. [I did not encounter any personnel at this location, but the survey demands an answer about personnel, so I clicked yes, but I actually have no experience with them.]
Mia BStaff was FAST and very helpful. Helped that I had an existing profile from a past rental, so paperwork was very simple.
ROBERT LSuch a nice lady that helped me reserve a truck, everything ran smoothly.
