The mobile pick up process is supposed to help save time and be streamline. It took us 45 minutes, multiple phone calls, multiple texts to "verify" identity. NONE of that was stated when the reservation was made as a possibility. Ive done LiveID before and this experience was excessive. The amount of labor to just drive off with the truck when you're already stressed and exhausted about moving is far to much.
