MARTIN AI called customer service to set up my reservation: I had to repeat several times which location in Freeport, Illinois that I wanted to reserve a Cargo Van at. She eventually go the location and address correct...HOWEVER, once I arrived to the agreed upon location (and I have a reservation receipt with the Name and Address Location I reserved) the Uhaul location state they did not have my reservation at all. I had to drive several miles to the next location where they had my reservation in their system, even though I had not made the reservation with them. I was then told that the other Uhaul location never has Cargo Vans. I waisted 30 minutes on my trip to pick up a rental Van. I was on a time frame. This is the SECOND time this has happened with Uhaul in the past month. I believe I need to be compensated for the stress and loss of time, and travel. Julie Lamm

NANCY MSuper friendly and even warmed the truck up for me when I went to pick it up. Best place in town to rent from. Will only do business with them.
