This store was absolutely amazing. I was having a rescheduling issue due to multiple delays in my trip. The dealer (Todd) was so supportive and helped with multiple re-schedules. He help get the trailer hooked up and made sure we we set with the equipment. It was somewhat frustrating because there was a lady in front of us that was really really mean to Todd and wanted to complain. I overheard the whole issue and it was absolutely absurd and completely unwarranted. Thanks for this great store!!! I am grateful and appreciate their service.

After I got the truck my reservation was canceled. I returned the truck in and was refused a return receipt. It was supposed to be in my email. It didn't show up. I returned to the detail shop only to be refused a physical receipt again and then told to get off the property. I called u haul, got my receipt. I filed a police report because I didn't understand the man's motives for not showing I turned in the truck, not giving me a receipt and kicking me off his property when I was just wanting my receipt.
ROBIN SThe app did not worry right when I returned. AFTER I left and returned keys...closed the screen it suggested I take photos.
