EDWARD KI was a little nervous dropping off the trailer at a U Haul contractor rather than a U Haul branded store. I was pleasantly surprised with the help I received. The gentleman who helped me sent someone inside to call another customer to let them know the trailer of the size I returned was now available to pick up. Great work, very friendly and very efficient. Thank you.
