The axle on the car hauler trailer broke driving down the freeway. When we called for road side assistance, the lady would not help us until we sent her pictures. We could not get out on the shoulder of the freeway to take pictures. We had to call 911 to assist. Once the police arrived and SHUT down all lanes of the freeway to unload the car and move the trailer….then, the lady would help. She did not understand the emergency. At that point, we waited 4 hours for someone to pick up the trailer. They did put us in a hotel and set up a new trailer to be picked up on the morning. When we arrived, the trailer was not there. We had to wait again. This put us 2 days behind getting to our destination.

LISSETTE SKind of indifferent they didn’t really seem to care whether I brought the truck back or not. Also, they did not check me out and finalize my truck. Guy told me to take a picture of the odometer and I was good to go. I did it myself on the U-Haul app. Very helpful. I Do not trust everybody.
WILLIAM DEasy to find, JT was super nice when I initially picked up. I do wish there was a better place to park within the walls of the facility but overall it was great.
