The transaction took forever to pick up the truck. Website wasn’t loading on the app they were using.

Scott SThere was trash still in the bed of the truck when we picked it up. The facility that we picked it up from said they don’t clean the trucks and it was apparent. The app was helpful for making changes to the pick up location.
Ashlee SThe assigned vehicle was blocked in by other U-haul vehicles and a trailer. It took several extra minutes to get those moved so the vehicle could leave the lot. Had a staff person onsite in the towing vehicle not been present this could have been a much longer wait. As it was, he needed to get a lifter out to move the trailer.
