The young guy that was there had an attitude from the start. I do not know why. I was polite and cordial as I normally am. When I returned the trailer and went inside to confirm return he again had an attitude. I just ignored it. He went outside to inspect the trailer, came back in and said something to me in a foreign language. I just smiled and did not know what to say. He said "you don't understand?". Whatever was going on, I don't know what the issue was in the morning or in the evening. I do know that I will not rent from that location again. So bottom line: equipment was great as is always my experience over many years doing business with Uhaul. The equipment was very helpful to me and I am grateful for the use of it. The location has issues. I will not be doing any kind of business there again.

Ann SIt was very confusing since the guys was on his ear buds the wig Hole time and didn’t have English as his first language. Also, the truck appeared to have some transmission problems and the air conditioning did not work which I intended to communicate to him but did since he seemed so uninterested
David LI did not interact with any employees on drop off
Craig BPerson was not on site to check me in. Done over the phone. I had to upload my license information myself, take pics of the trailer myself, and attach the trailer to my vehicle myself. Also, was not aware that no dolly or pads were available until pick up time. I usually use the JAG Flooring location, but they did not have the size trailer I needed for this trip.
