Person was not on site to check me in. Done over the phone. I had to upload my license information myself, take pics of the trailer myself, and attach the trailer to my vehicle myself. Also, was not aware that no dolly or pads were available until pick up time. I usually use the JAG Flooring location, but they did not have the size trailer I needed for this trip.

The right side mirror could not be adjusted, and limited the driver's rear view. This made backing up particularly challenging.
Michael EI had to take the trailer off by myself a 62 year old female. The girl at the front desk didnt know anything about the uhauls. When the guy came out after not helping remove the trailer he said I would have to hook it back up because it needed to go a little farther back. And he was rude about it.
Willow MThis location is perfectly fine for renting if you’re already familiar with hooking up a trailer and the app self return. The station attendant did have to call another person to complete the rents but it took 30 seconds. I was pulling out with the rented trailer 5 minutes after I arrived and return was easy on the app. Overall pretty painless experience but I’m already very familiar with renting these trailers and needed no assistance.
TIMOTHY RThe whole experience was a confusing mess. He didn't seem to know I had two days rental, I had to remind him. I asked to rent two dollies, there were no dollies. It seemed as if they didn't know we were coming at all. And he wasn't there. He talked to us over the cell phone of a convenience store employee. The truck was parked out back in total darkness. It had a huge dent that we almost didn't see. To improve, this person should pay more attention to upcoming rentals.
