It was very confusing since the guys was on his ear buds the wig Hole time and didn’t have English as his first language. Also, the truck appeared to have some transmission problems and the air conditioning did not work which I intended to communicate to him but did since he seemed so uninterested

I did not interact with any employees on drop off
Craig BPerson was not on site to check me in. Done over the phone. I had to upload my license information myself, take pics of the trailer myself, and attach the trailer to my vehicle myself. Also, was not aware that no dolly or pads were available until pick up time. I usually use the JAG Flooring location, but they did not have the size trailer I needed for this trip.
Thomas OThe right side mirror could not be adjusted, and limited the driver's rear view. This made backing up particularly challenging.
Michael EI had to take the trailer off by myself a 62 year old female. The girl at the front desk didnt know anything about the uhauls. When the guy came out after not helping remove the trailer he said I would have to hook it back up because it needed to go a little farther back. And he was rude about it.
