Improvements can start by having the employees explain all the details of renting and returning vehicles. I was never told about returning the vehicle after hours, how to check out over the Internet. I was charged two days when I only had the vehicle for a few hours and 27 miles. It’s not so much the money, it’s not being properly informed.

The cab was dirty, but the truck drove and ran well
MATTHEW LThe truck had not been cleaned since a northern trip including driving in the snow. The exterior was dirty. The interior was clean except for candy wrappers in 2 of the DEEP passenger door pockets. Mechanically it was in good condition. We were able to complete vacating our storage unit, transporting everything to our home, emptying the UHaul, then returning it in 4 hours. Ryan was great to work with. Helpful, friendly, clear explanations.
