Was convenient for my needs
John MFine for a drop off location. But this is a not-very-nice gas station/food mart location, not a U-haul location. But our experience was easy. Drop the key and leave.
MADISON DThey didn’t provide me the furniture pads I requested in my reservation and there was a puddle of water inside the back of the truck.
Leonor MThe interior and exterior of the truck were in great condition. I selected no because the truck's battery ended up dying on me when I went to pick up an office desk, so my overall move was delayed by two hours. I will say that the U-haul representative was very helpful and the technician that came out did a great job getting it troubleshot.
