How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would not want anything to change, the 2 men I dealt with were very friendly, polite and Professional!
John FAsk the damn customer to give your their correct cell phone number. They do not own the number they gave you so I was getting spammed for their damn appointment
FANFAN MVery disappointed with UHaul on this one. I reserved a truck at a specific location close to where i was going to be. I drove in from 2 hours away. THe day before i received a call saying my reservation was moved to another location 15 miles further away from where i needed to be. I went to pickup that reservation but teh keys were NOT in the dropbox. After being transferred around Uhaul a few times, i finally got someone and they then said that the person as not made it by yet to put the keys in the dropbox and i would have to go somewhere else to pickup the Uhaul. So i had to drive to the other location. By this time, all the people i had meeting me were just sitting there waiting for 1.5 hours for me. Very disappointed and would like to request a full refund for this rental.
RICHARD Mpersonnel was is not applicable because I key dropped the truck
