Very disappointed with UHaul on this one. I reserved a truck at a specific location close to where i was going to be. I drove in from 2 hours away. THe day before i received a call saying my reservation was moved to another location 15 miles further away from where i needed to be. I went to pickup that reservation but teh keys were NOT in the dropbox. After being transferred around Uhaul a few times, i finally got someone and they then said that the person as not made it by yet to put the keys in the dropbox and i would have to go somewhere else to pickup the Uhaul. So i had to drive to the other location. By this time, all the people i had meeting me were just sitting there waiting for 1.5 hours for me. Very disappointed and would like to request a full refund for this rental.

How U-Haul Reviews Workpersonnel was is not applicable because I key dropped the truck
Austin WThe guy that gave us the key said it only had an 1/8 of a tank. It barely had enough to get to my house AND it had a huge hole in the tire that we couldn’t even see before we left the lot. We then got charge an extra $30 even though we returned it early with the SAME amount of gas that was in it when we got it.
