I had to wait while sole person was checking someone else out. Would have been nice for the employee to take 15 seconds to see what I needed. I had to follow him out with the other customer to get his attention and say I eas just returning.

Easy to rent and affordable.
Kristen CThere was an issue with the emergency brake and I was in the middle of a move and expected to wait on hold while I was trying to move someone who answers the phone was very short with me and unhelpful, it made my already stressful move even more stressful. Not really sure I’ll be using U-Haul again.
