Gate was locked no instructions on parking the vehicle had to spend an hour with customer service trying to get instructions all available numbers to location we're not available

Denise WThe employer wanted me to park it by the fence in a giant puddle of water.I unloaded myself very lazy staff.I would not recommend them. There is plenty of U-Haul businesses.Take it elsewhere
