I had no problems with the pickup location in itself. What I have significant issue with is that we had to change the pickup location from one city to another at less then 24 hours of notice. This is totally unacceptable. While we were offered more kms for the inconvenience, it still has cost us double the amount for gas. What is the point of making a reservation if U-Haul does not respect the date, time and location? Extremely unprofessional.
