The truck I rented had a lock on the cargo door and no one knew the combination - the lock had to be removed with a grinding tool Also the application software is very poor it lacks sufficient feedback after each time you push a button or enter some data

terry bPoor customer service. No one came to help and we had to move a trailer by hand in order to park the trailer we returned. Too many cars in and out to maneuver around. When some one finally did come to help they made a snide remark. Would not recommend this place.
