the truck was returned a day ahead of when it was due and since they were closed they charged me for an extra day even though they were closed. The truck was very beat up and the back had not been swept out. There was also stuff left in the back from the previous rental.

Michael KMy original reservation at a near by location was for a 20ft. truck, but the lock box code didn't work and the location was closed and UHaul customer service was a 30 minute wait. I had people who took time out of their holiday weekend to help me move, so I didn't want to keep them waiting any longer so I rented at this location that only had 1 truck, a 10 footer. Now we had to make multiple trips. This location was helpful, but still an inconvenience.
