I picked up my truck at 1:30 after mobile pickup wouldn’t work for me at 7:00 am, the lady over the phone gave me attitude, said with with mobile pickup you have a 45 minute window to get the truck or it’ll be given away( which is not what the email or the website said it says 24/7 access anytime day or night) and told me I should go into the office since I’ll be picking it up during office hours instead . Got there and they were closed, door was locked and the app wouldn’t let me keep the photos of the uhaul . With me not being able to get the truck at the time I set up with the movers, everything was pushed back .
