I would only recommend because I had a good experience last time but this truck we got had transmission issues and the alignment was so messed up. It hurt my arms just to drive it and this truck was like half the size of the last one I had also the QR code did not work at drop off.

This comment has nothing to do with Applegate Enterprise, it concerns the Uhaul app and 24/7 rental program. It doesn't work. My son used this same app to pick up a rental about a year ago, and it didn't work then either. In brief and leaving out details: 1) instructions link did not work on the webpage or app did not work (page not found), so I had to call a help line just for instructions, 2) when I arrived the app gave me an error and a phone number to call, so I called, waited on hold for 4-5 minutes, then they "fixed some unknown problem (never told me the problem), 3) the app then errored out on my twice, and the last time all I had was the spinning wheel of death. Luckily, an Applegate employee arrived and helped me even though they were not open yet.
