donot change the pickup location at the last minute

Edythe Ashe takes 2 hour lunches and when you need a truck at a reasonable amount of time it dont work. Van was low on gas and tires were low on air. I understand it was cold. directions say to fill up but she says she said different. I did the stupid app and took all pics but who is going to fill up tires and gas tank. the gas tank was at around 7/8 and she said I should have filled up to that point. so I am supposed to sit and fill tank and look back in and out to get to that point? what a joke.
