The drop off experience was very bad. The attendant at the location was ok, but documenting my the drop off of the vehicle through the uhual app was terrible. The app and website lagged or crashed several times over. I spent 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot the issue to not avail.
Alexis BThere wasn’t any debris in the van bucke the steering wheel was gooey and after riding about a mile I noticed driver seat was wet and my jean became soggy. This area is also across the street from a homeless encampment, which I understand is the U-Haul’s fault, but definitely not appealing. Definitely on the low spectrum as far as location and curb appeal.
Michele GLocation was so-so. The gas station seemed quite run down. Was hoping for a better variety, or at least an option to have a ramp (didnt see the option offered on the site either) . Seats were quite high and harder for someone at 5'3 to get into. Seat belt was extremely short and hard to wear w/o choking.
