Poor customer service. Truck was handed to me 1 hour late and on empty. I put ninety eight dollars worth of gas into the truck and only used a quarter of a tank. The shop did not reimburse me for gas. The truck had not been cleaned out. It had a horrible smell. I was very unhappy with the location and would never use it again. Even upon returning the vehicle, there was no one there to receive the truck. I had to wait an hour again for someone to come.And the person could not even speak english to me. I handed the keys over and left, not even knowing what my bill would be. It was run poorly the entire rental experience.
