The 5'x8' trailer worked well. I understand it was one of the newer versions of this trailer. The fold down door in the rear worked well and was easy to load. I would recommend the trailer be hooked up to your vehicle prior to trying to load it. I initially did not have it hooked up when I started to load, stepped on the rear door and the entire trailer tilted to the rear and the roof smacked me in the forehead. Other than that little bump, the trailer worked well as it tracked behind my pickup without any sway. I did try hard to load my items according to the 60/40 weight recommendation and I kept the weight as even as I could from the R/L sides which I think helped the ride. I do wish it had strapping rings in the middle of the trailer which would have been easier to use but I made due with the top and bottom strapping rings.

Great service
John Bthe truck was ready, the app did not enable us to retrieve the vehicle, had to communicate directly with UHaul to gain access to vehicle. Do not know if this is a site issue or a Uhaul issue so poor score may be unfair to site if Uhaul issue
Steven BThis small locally owned shop was great but uhaul as a corporation sucks. The truck is advertised at 19.95 and by the time I got done paying insurance and taxes and fees and all kinds of other crap, it came out to $84 and then on top of that, I drove about 25 miles and used like 2 gallons of gas and there was a $30 charge to put fuel in the truck and 8 gallons of fuel was added back, so not even close to the actual amount of fuel I used. My fault for not putting some gas back in the truck but I was hammered for not doing so when I barely used any. I hate uhaul. I hate corporate America. Wishing I would have just paid a friend with a pickup in pizza and beer to help move. Anyway, LE trailers was great though, super nice people and really helpful.
