I was doing this move by myself, they were very helpful hooking up the trailer and loading my car. Only problem there was was the distance between them and me. It was about a 35-40 minute drive each way.

Was told my original uhaul was given away. Then upgraded to a different truck. Then a location way out of my way. App doesn't work right. The process of doing things to be honest isn't usher friendly if having multiple people. Would rather have gotten unlimited miles after having to deal with everything. If I would've gotten it sooner wouldn't have gotten as wet either. But no. Location was fine. Review is based off u haul in general.
