Everything was easy and great

Jon BWhen I got to the Ace hardware store, I located the first employee that I saw, which just so happened to be I assume the manager. After giving me a look and not saying much at all, I started the conversation by letting him know that I had a reservation for some U-Haul equipment. He replies with, “well, we will see about that” in a sarcastic manner before walking to the register. It was apparent that he was not very familiar with the system and had to make phone calls in order to complete the rest of my reservations so that I can get my equipment. He had no guidance or information for me at all, and had another associate go outside and show me where the equipment was. Once I got the equipment I reserved, I went back inside to ask about dropping the equipment off when I was done with it later that evening. This clearly annoyed this lovely manager even further, and I received a very quick answer. Sensing at this point I definitely wasn’t wanted in the store, I left and figured out the answers to my questions on my on. I’m not really sure what this guy‘s problem was, but he should not be an employee of Ace Hardware, much less the representative of U-Haul. This is the first and only time I’ve ever used this location and I will definitely not ever be back.
