Dropped the trailer off early in the morning and could not get the app to work. The people working there were so nice and willing to help even though I didn't rent the trailer from them. Great service. Thank you

ALLEN CThe drop off location was a legitimate business location that had helpful staff I enjoyed interacting with. Would definitely rent from there in the future. Ways to improve: 1. Please be upfront and and honest about the final price when renting online. I was already upset the website was not working well when I was using it but when I finally got it to take my information the final price did not include the sales tax. I was upset having to pay over $100 more when tax was added at pickup which cut significantly into my food budget for my trip. 2. Lower prices. Your truck was over $400 more than renting from Budget. If it weren't for time constraints beyond my control I would have rented from them instead just from price alone.
