First of all, great product. There weas some difficulty with my original order. I needed a car hauler, but was given a ramp trailer. The Uhaul employees cancelled that contract and got me a car hauler. The issue is that my credit card was not immediately refunded. I was told that it would take 3 weeks or so.

Tac was amazing! We had tried to rent from the Duval location, but the owner never showed up or tried contacting us, so we went to the one on Beta, and Tac had told us that the other owner has a history of letting people make reservations and not showing up to rent them the vehicle. Tac was able to get us into another vehicle and gave us a discount for the inconvenience the other uhaul had put us through.
