I asked the rep to put a certificate number of a credit I had. He told me he can’t do it at booking after the booking office online told me to tell him to do so. He said he will do it at the return. Of course it wasn’t done. The whole experience was as if he didn’t want to work and I was bothering him. Never got help in putting the trailer on. The trailer chain was missing a rubber holder which I just took from a near by trailer.

When a customer has a reservation that has been confirmed less than 24 hours before the booking, I don’t recommend allowing someone else to extend their time with said booked vehicle out from under someone else. Hotels don’t do it, and vehicle rentals shouldn’t either. The replacement vehicle was not what I wanted/needed and made my trip 100x more difficult. It was way too big, had terrible suspension, needed an alignment desperately, and it smelled like 6 sweaty men who haven’t showered in 2 weeks lived in the cab every time we turned the AC on. Overall a very frustrating experience, and I probably will not be using this site again.

THOMAS CThis is a DIY location, so you are kind of on your own for hook-up etc. You should charge less since there is no ancillary help to hook-up etc.
