This guy had me attach my own trailer and didn’t want to work. Very unsafe environment as well. He’s not someone I would do busy with again.

Hebert FOwner was not nice and would not bring the keys. He said I didn’t have a reservation which I clearly did. I paid for the truck and the app said to go get the keys from the clerk. No one had the keys and the owner was 45 minutes from the location. He refused to drive to the location to bring keys
STEVEN PThe only obstacle is the manager’s ability to communicate well in English. He seemed sincere but not aware of the language barrier.
