RICHARD SOh, yes. I would definitely recommend Byrne Towing for truck rental. We used to rent fairly frequently from the UHaul place in Northampton. But the manager was a total jerk and the prices were totally bloated. As a business owner, he kept refusing to rent to my black employee, so I had to leave my desk and accompany my staff person to rent the truck, even though his name was on the registration form. Then I had to suffer his entitled lectures, just to rent a truck. What a schmuck! Byrne Towing/UHaul in Greenfield, were so much more professional, courteous and easy to work with. I'll be renting regularly from Byrne Towing/UHaul. I'll never use the Northampton UHaul again. Thank you!!!!!!!
