Cab had trash inside. Location manager was rude and disrespectful. Equipment I had requested to rent that was essential to my move was not available. I was overcharged over double my mileage. According to Google reviews uhaul has had problems with this particular location for over 3 years and they aren’t doing anything about it. Assuredly they have lost many customers over the years and will continue to lose more, myself included.

Thomas WThe experience was average but the price was $94. And when it was returned earlier than I asked, we were still charged $8 more upon returning the truck. Where does these extra charges come from? And we only used this truck for the hitch, we didn’t even use the storage area. And we used the box truck because the pick up truck that he had was already reserved. Help me understand.
