KEN CMy experience was horrible. The guy that rented me the truck looked like he was on something he was very hostile and rude. He even slammed his hand on the counter, trying to scare me and there was no luck on the truck worth experience ever. I will never recommend anyone to come to this place and rent a truck you guys need to do better on hiring professionals. This was very unprofessional and he was yelling the whole time.

Geneva FI would recommend location owner but not Uhaul itself. U-Haul should not require customers to travel to multiple locations to pick up a truck and auto hauler considering how high I paid in rental fees ($2,600+). Instead of returning equipment to one location, again, U-Haul expected a customer to do U-Haul’s job on delivering equipment to two different locations. Equipment was returned 3 (auto hauler) & 4 days (truck) early AND Uhaul had the audacity to charge me $22 for an after hours return fee for a 24 hour return location m. This issue is not the location owner’s fault but is U-Haul’s fault. U-Haul- get your crap together. The multiple locations & undisclosed addition fee is inexcusable. I may go with a competitor on next week’s trip.

Todd BOwner is rude. Little space to park trailers. Had to back trailer into tight spot. Owner.did not want to disconnect trailer. I confronted owner about a previous visit when he told my wife (who had trouble backing trailer into a spot) “Do you need to call someone and pay them to back it in for you?” I said you work for UHaul. He said “No I do not. I work for the Lord.”. DO NOT GO HERE.”

Gary TThe man helping with pickup was very short and snappy with his words, was speaking down about others in the parking lot who weren't moving as quickly in either picking up or dropping off, and was rushing me out of the lot immediately after getting my trailer hooked up. I've not felt rushed to get out of any other location I've used for rentals. When I pulled the trailer out of its parking spot and away from the bushes to check the lights, the man helping yelled that everything looked like it was working and I should go ahead and leave before I could even get out of the truck to confirm. I was out of the lot before even getting a chance to look inside the trailer, and ended up with a trailer that had a very rusted, broken and failing spring assist on the roll-up door, and ultimately resulted in a roadside assistance call.

Phillip MU-haul had a check engine light on and seemed well past its service. They didn't clarify the drop off time, so I was charged for another day despite having it back on the day it was supposed to be returned because it was dropped off later than I'm assuming it should have been. Just not overly impressed with the rental as it ended up being more than I would have spent on a car from Enterprise with unlimited miles. I wont be renting from here again.
Danielle RCab had trash inside. Location manager was rude and disrespectful. Equipment I had requested to rent that was essential to my move was not available. I was overcharged over double my mileage. According to Google reviews uhaul has had problems with this particular location for over 3 years and they aren’t doing anything about it. Assuredly they have lost many customers over the years and will continue to lose more, myself included.

Thomas WThe experience was average but the price was $94. And when it was returned earlier than I asked, we were still charged $8 more upon returning the truck. Where does these extra charges come from? And we only used this truck for the hitch, we didn’t even use the storage area. And we used the box truck because the pick up truck that he had was already reserved. Help me understand.

William FThe location was not the problem(the proprietor was kind and apologetic) although it was changed 2 days before I was to pick it up to a location farther away. Since I am paying for mileage I find this unacceptable. Why can’t Uhaul just bring the truck to my requested location? I reserved an appliance dolly and blankets. When I got there neither were available(the proprietor loaned me his personal regular dolly although it was not an appliance dolly). To say the least, I was irritated. When I got my bill Uhaul had added $15 for “insurance” which I had declined. Overall this was a bad experience. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. They should refund me for the whole thing.
LILLIAN SLeft Blinker inoperative. Location added basic insurance coverage that was declined in my original reservation and online check-in. Felt like they were the customer, not me. I have been to several other UHaul locations and this one was by far the worst customer service.
Mark DWe were charged a $30 Safe Move Coverage that we were not asked about and did not agree to. The truck operated fined but the cab was dirty.

Michael KThe man that came out before I could even pull in the driveway of the establishment and was very rude. Spoke to me as if I wasn’t even a customer. I don’t even know how to describe it. He rushed me and I didn’t get time to take the photos and submit photos. He said, and I quote put it in park. The truck was already in park.He took the keys. I had to check him and ask him who he thought he was talking to,and when I pulled off, he called me back and told me that I left my keys there at the office and I had to turn around and go back and get my keys. When I saw that I was charged extra money. I called him back and he argue with me on the phone about the extra charge instead of being polite and explained to me that it was because of the extra miles that I went so, no, I would not recommend that location to anyone.

MARY DWould have appreciated being told ahead of time that you did not have an appliance dolly. I did not request 2 utility dolly’s and did not need them. Would’ve rather only been charged for one and could’ve found an appliance dolly elsewhere if it had just been communicated
Tanner RI had already completed the online check in but the guy said he didn’t use that so he completed that while I waited. I had declined the $40 insurance but of course he added that back to the rental with out my knowledge…shady business and I’d like that money refunded.
CLIFTON FIt was same day, unscheduled and easy in and out of an out of state rental. Recommended improvement is to maintain this efficiency for a process well done.
JAMES RLocation is a little shabby, has several old vehicles in lot that are poor repair, don't let that discourage you. Staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. Rental equipment was in good condition, easy to get to and hook up.
