They allowed someone to make changes to the truck I rented when there was no one but me on the account. Nor did anyone call me to see if I knew about this and/or was okay with it. Now, there's additional charges that they want me to pay and I will not. I did not authorize anyone to do that nor did I make the call or changes. Not cool to do business this way.....not cool
