This billing was incorrect as I was charged for the estimated mileage rather than the actual mileage which still hasn't been rectified

The truck needs a front end alignment, it shook all the way down the highway at 60mph. The female employees were helpful, however when I returned the truck the first employee was completely unprofessional and misquoted the cost. He took a guess at the cost of gas mileage rather than give an accurate amount. This was not the guy that finished the transaction, as I didn’t trust him in his lack of knowledge or concern.

Ed KCabin was dirty with bottles and teach. I was given the truck with 2/3 of gas and returned it with 3/4. I was then charged $45 as a gas fee. Never use Rocky’s Ave Hardware for a uhaul rental.
Robert MAlthough maybe not the location's fault, the requested accessories (furniture pads) were not available with the rented vehicle despite my including the need for them in my reservation. Of course, I was planning to move furniture and needed them. My only option was to drive twelve miles to a large Uhaul location that had them. This consumed both my time AND miles. Unacceptable.
