I used to go to the location in Pawtucket but after a bad experience and some integrity issues I refused to go there and tried Ace hardware. The trailer I rented was the best condition trailer I have gotten from U-Haul to date. The process was so much quicker to rent than the main hub in Pawtucket and it was a more personal experience. The location is closer and just gained a lifetime customer. Best U-Haul experience by far at this location so thank you.
COREY RThe wiring was damaged near the hitch. Had to be replaced.
DANIEL WThis billing was incorrect as I was charged for the estimated mileage rather than the actual mileage which still hasn't been rectified
MARTYN HThe truck needs a front end alignment, it shook all the way down the highway at 60mph. The female employees were helpful, however when I returned the truck the first employee was completely unprofessional and misquoted the cost. He took a guess at the cost of gas mileage rather than give an accurate amount. This was not the guy that finished the transaction, as I didn’t trust him in his lack of knowledge or concern.
