The check out process at the rocky ace hardware location was very slow, the employee was trying their best to check us out in the system but unfortunately the system itself had a hard time recognizing my license. It took about 15 minutes to check in and we didn't even receive any paperwork. The rental had broken headlight, a service error code for traction control, indicated having a 0% oil supply, the mirrors were not adjustable enough for the driver to adequately see the passenger side, and the rental did not include a dolly that was initially requested. My move was successful and I appreciated the kindness of the employees I dealt with but this rental really stressed me out unnecessarily on a day where I was trying to move for the first time. If I have to move again I will probably seek out either a different location to rent from or a different company entirely. I was worried to have anyone drive that rental given the issues that arose in just the short time I had it. Please ensure that all rentals are routinely inspected for service needs and even if there are very mild service needs, please at least let the renter know that they exist so that they will not find out mid-drive like i did. Also please make the checking out process easier or more efficient at the rocks ace hardware location.

Location did not have any hand trucks even though the website said I could reserve one. This was somewhat frustrating
MATTHEW PThe trucks steering was very worn and had a lot of play, and the van was all over the road. There was pretty bad vibration at 65 MPH. I rented another Uhaul a few days ago, and that truck drove better. Thanks.
