CARLOS GI had to find and get my truck and drive it up front to get the rented Dollie’s/pads and their lot is unpaved and slanting and horrible. Also I was given an inferior truck that was horribly noisy, did not drive well and had gear changing issues. When I realized this it was too late as my truck was packed. Uhaul support said they could go nothing unless it broke down. I have the transcript.
