The back chain on the trailer had been left loose and dragged down the road. the rubber that locks the hook in was missing. everything else was fine

The online process didn't go smoothly at all but the gentleman inside was very efficient and friendly with getting me in my truck and on the road. Dropping the truck back off was a good experience, only waited a few minutes before someone checked out the truck, confirmed everything was good and I was on my way home.
Robbie POnline check in process was HORRIBLE! Took me over an hour to fill everything in and I still ended up having to wait in line to get the keys. Not the locations fault...purely UHaul and their complicated process. Online check in is NOT easy or quicker.

Treasea HThe 2 gentlemen i worked with on pick and drop off were both very nice and helpful.. My only issue with this location was the lot was small and there was very little room to be able to get in and out of the location.
