The owner of the place where rented was rude and was charged for an extra day. The trailer was brought back a day early in fact. Not a day late. But was still charged. I called and they didn’t fix the issue or refund my money. The trailer had a broken concrete paver inside when I picked it up. Was not clean. The floor was oily inside the trailer. Was not the experience I had hoped for.

When I first got to the location to pick up my trailer. The first trailer none of the lights would work. No breaks and no turn signals. They then switched me to a different trailer. The second one was just a bit better. Still had one of the night running light was out. I would definitely spend a bit more time making sure the lights are all working. That is a really big deal, especially the break light and for the night time drive.

Carrie MU-Haul had cockroache infestation inside, truck had a headlight out. Horrible experience, had to trash everything from our daughters wedding we had in the U-Haul due to cockroach infestation. Lost a lot of money and memories. Owner at U-Haul place charged me an extra day for a late turn in. My U-Haul contract said I would return at 8:45am on Monday, June 29th, I returned it at 4:00pm on Sunday, June 28th. He processed to argue with me about the late return charge of $39.91 to my credit card. Horrible experience!!!
